- Wrong product delivered

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

- Refunds will be processed after product inspection
- Amount will be credited within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be made to original payment method
1.5 Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
